Maintains a high level of contact with the leaders of the Firm’s domestic and foreign clients, presenting strategic plans and operation from the financial and tax point of view, optimizing the financial resources of the clients, advisor in the international scope in diverse subjects and alternatives to avoid double taxation.

He participates in the development of corporate tax restructuring schemes, mergers and acquisitions, as well as member of the Board of Directors of several of the Firm’s clients.

Lecturer at the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial, S.C. at the Bachelor’s, Master’s and Diploma levels in financial and tax matters, as well as lecturer in training and tax refresher courses at the CCPM and AFIME.
