(hereinafter “TAXPERTISE“) we are aware of the importance of appropriately protecting your personal data, therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (hereinafter, “The Law”), its Regulations, the Privacy Notice Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Economy (the “Mexican Regulations”), as well as other applicable legislation and the provisions of this Privacy Notice (hereinafter, the “Privacy Notice”), as well as other applicable legislation and the provisions of this Privacy Notice (hereinafter, the “Privacy Notice”), we inform you of this privacy notice in order to protect your personal data and your right to informational self-determination.

To prevent unauthorized access to your personal data to ensure that the information is used for the purposes set forth in this privacy notice, we have determined various procedures in order to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of your data, allowing us to treat them properly.

 

Likewise, we inform you that, if necessary, personal data will be transmitted to be treated by different persons and suppliers of TAXPERTISE or any of its partners or employees in the development of their activities, so that in case of opposition to this treatment, you must inform TAXPERTISE to the email designated for this purpose, the lack of opposition will allow TAXPERTISE and its suppliers to make movements and backups on their private servers and perform any activity that is necessary for the provision of services and the management of the data under its custody.

 

All your personal data are treated in accordance with the applicable legislation, and in force in the country, therefore, you are informed that you have at all times the rights (ARCO by its Spanish acronym) to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of your personal data, a right that you can assert through the Privacy Officer at the email recursoshumanostax@taxpertise.mx.

 

Through these channels you can update your data, as well as revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data, so that we stop using them.

 

Similarly, it is noted that in the event that your personal data were requested to TAXPERTISE by a Jurisdictional or Administrative authority, they will be provided as soon as possible to the aforementioned authorities, which will be made known to you through the channels indicated in previous paragraphs, within 30 days following the date on which the requirement is made, except in those cases in which the requirement is less than the aforementioned period, in which case the owner of the data will be informed within a period that may not exceed 10 working days after the requirement has been fulfilled.
